Returns

Thanks for checking out our site! At Sarah Ulmer Brand (SUB) we are dedicated to providing you with quality products.

Should any item not measure up to our high quality standards, simply return it within 14 days of receipt and we will happily refund your purchase price and if required arrange a replacement item. When returning an item purchased online, please email us at megan@sarahulmerbrand.com for a Returns Sheet.  Please send us the Returns Sheet along with the item.  Upon receipt of goods, we will refund you using the manner in which you originally paid.

If you believe you have been sent incorrect items, please email us at megan@sarahulmerbrand.com for a Returns Sheet and post it to us along with the item(s) to be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order.  All we ask is that items be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. We will send you replacement item(s) and ensure you are reimbursed the return postage cost.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size / colour / style, please email us at megan@sarahulmerbrand.com for a Returns Sheet and post it to us along with the item(s) to be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Again, all we ask is that items be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no delivery charge for exchange on items where:
- The product is faulty or does not meet our high quality standards through no fault of the customer.
- The product is not the ordered colour or size.

All other exchanges are charged our standard delivery rates.
