About this Pod
The Wednesday ride is aimed at entry level riders covering distances of about 20-30 km depending on the riders ability and is generally a flat ride. The Sunday ride is generally a little longer, we usually ride between 30-40 km and include some hill work in there. It depends on the ladies on the day as to where we ride and if we want more of a challenge or not. Our aim is to have fun and get to know other ladies while at the same time increasing our fitness and preparing ourselves for the Molenberg Sub Series coming up and any other goal we may have set ourselves.

About this Pod
We’ve had some great rides so far and leading up to Christmas is probably going to be a challenge. The last ride for the year for the Thursday and Sunday will be the 20th and 23rd December. And then into 2008 with enthusiasm, energy and motivation because we have the SUB ride on the 9th February. The first ride for 2008 will be Thursday 10th January 2008 – usual place as above. It will help burn off all of the wine and chocolates. I hope you get some rides in over the Christmas New Year break as well.
