• 21km Walk starts at 8.30am
• Long Cycle starts at 8.45am
• Mid Cycle starts at 9.00am
• Short Cycle starts at 9.15am
• 21km Run starts at 9.30am
• 5 & 10km Walk starts at 9.45am
• 5 & 10km Run starts at 10.15am

• PRIZEGIVING starts at 12.30pm

There are merit prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each event in 3 age groups;

Junior (under 20) 

Open (20 - 45yrs)

Senior (Over 45yrs)
