• 21km Walk starts at 8.30am
• Long Cycle starts at 8.45am
• Mid Cycle starts at 9.00am
• Short Cycle starts at 9.15am
• 21km Run starts at 9.30am
• 5 & 10km Walk starts at 9.45am
• 5 & 10km Run starts at 10.15am
• PRIZEGIVING starts at 12.30pm

At prizegiving there will be merit prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each event and in four different age groups;

• Junior (under 18) 
• Open (20 - 40yrs)
• Mature (Over 40 - 60yrs)
• Prime of your life (60 plus)

There will also be lots of great spot prizes given out!
