Just wanted to fire up a quick update to let you know we arewell into planning mode for our 2010 series and will get confirmed dates up online as soon as we can.
We will be back with 5 more events this summer with walking, running and cycling events for all physical states – plodders/racers/cruisers and speedsters. No matter what your level of fitness, you’ll find something that you can set yourself as a challenge. Whether it is a 5km walk, a half marathon run or a 20km bike ride - set yourself a goal to aim for – and give yourself a reason to get going!
